Good morning, lovebugs.....Ozma and I have been up and at 'em already playing with our food! xoxo We created a fruity, yummy salad to honor the special dedicated to LOVE...which should be every day, really.
Fruit is so beautiful already with its gorgeous array of color it's EASY to make dishes that are appealing to the eye, quick and HEALTHY!!
The pretty red "puddle" is a mango/raspberry sorbet...just blend up equal amounts of frozen raspberries and fresh mangoes. We topped it with an array of fresh cut mango and dragon fruit, and added a few gooseberry "bubbles" for fun!
When a day starts out THIS colorful, only good things can happen!
